Bought my third new vehicle today from this location. Brenda West the General Manager was involved in all 3 purchases. Brenda treated me as family each time making the experience very comfortable and genuine. With this purchase I would also like to metion three other members of the team, Joel Lizee, Sales Consultant, Dale Thompson, Business Manager, and Cassandra McSweeney, Sales Manager. All of the team made this an amazing experience. I fell in love with Mazda vehicles back in 2018 and that is attributed to all the team members but a big thank you to Brenda.

What a great experience. I talked to Sean Andrews on the phone on a Saturday then traveled to Halifax on Tuesday from NB, test drove, purchased the car, got helped in the business office by Youssef and drove out of there in an hour and a half later was incredible. Great place to do business! Thank you for making it easy for my wife, the dogs and I.

Great experience with Tom at Century Mazda. Work was done quicker than quoted and everything is working as it should. I had some uneven shifting which they fixed with a TCM update for free. They also caught a frayed alternator belt that I would have missed. Tom was on the ball and helpful with questions and made sure to check on any repairs in addition to what was initially discussed. The only things I declined were spark plugs and wipers because those are both easy jobs. New brakes on the front end, oil change, alignment check, coolant drain and fill, lube suspension, total was approx 2k and I didn't feel ripped off. The car is driving great and feels new. The only odd part is the tech replaced the cabin air filter saying it was dirty. I replaced that filter a week before I took it in to the dealer! Everything else about the service was good but that made me feel a bit off. It is the only thing that makes me feel conflicted about bringing my car back to Century. Overall 5 out of 5, Tom was great and made things easy.
