Century Mazda provides an outstanding service department. The waiting area is very comfortable and drinks and snacks are provided for free. All the staff I had discussions with were very professional, polite and helpful. My Service Rep, Tanisha, was very professional and pleasant. She kept me up to date multiple times during my cars service, including running down to the mechanic immediately when I had a question. I never got the impression I was bothering anyone when I had an extra question or query. I’ve had great experience each time in the past I’ve had service at Century. I definitely recommend getting auto service at Century. I also had a nice experience with Eric on the sales floor. He was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and retrieved information I requested without any sales pressure.

I’ve started using the service department at century Mazda a little over a year after buying my vechicle from Steele Mazda. Surprisingly the service cost from Steele to century was quite the difference ($180 before tax it cost for an oil change at Steele and taxes in at century only $142). Not only was it a closer commute for me, and better rates but to add Merrie the service rep to that, Steele can’t even compete! She is absolutely amazing and even if i didn’t have more reasons to switch to century she was definitely the initial interaction (in for a warranty repair) at my first visit that made me want to switch. Everything since than has been such an amazing experience. Merrie you are the absolute best! The mechanics in the shop are knowledgeable, friendly & quick! I’ve had a few experiences with them now (get an oil change roughly every 3 months) and every single experience I’ve felt confident about the service i was receiving and how friendly everyone is. Very satisfied customer!
