Great experience with Tom at Century Mazda. Work was done quicker than quoted and everything is working as it should. I had some uneven shifting which they fixed with a TCM update for free. They also caught a frayed alternator belt that I would have missed. Tom was on the ball and helpful with questions and made sure to check on any repairs in addition to what was initially discussed. The only things I declined were spark plugs and wipers because those are both easy jobs. New brakes on the front end, oil change, alignment check, coolant drain and fill, lube suspension, total was approx 2k and I didn't feel ripped off. The car is driving great and feels new. The only odd part is the tech replaced the cabin air filter saying it was dirty. I replaced that filter a week before I took it in to the dealer! Everything else about the service was good but that made me feel a bit off. It is the only thing that makes me feel conflicted about bringing my car back to Century. Overall 5 out of 5, Tom was great and made things easy.

Century Mazda provides an outstanding service department. The waiting area is very comfortable and drinks and snacks are provided for free. All the staff I had discussions with were very professional, polite and helpful. My Service Rep, Tanisha, was very professional and pleasant. She kept me up to date multiple times during my cars service, including running down to the mechanic immediately when I had a question. I never got the impression I was bothering anyone when I had an extra question or query. I’ve had great experience each time in the past I’ve had service at Century. I definitely recommend getting auto service at Century. I also had a nice experience with Eric on the sales floor. He was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and retrieved information I requested without any sales pressure.
