🚗 I just purchased my new car and wanted to give a big thank you to Eric Fu, my sales rep, and Alex Gillis, the Sales Manager at Century Mazda in Halifax, for such an amazing experience so far!
As a woman buying a car, I’ve had some not-so-great experiences at dealerships. I visited two other dealerships before Century Mazda, and both offered me very low trade-in values — one of the offers was honestly insulting.
From the beginning, Eric and Alex treated me with respect and like a knowledgeable customer. At no point did I feel like I was getting the “woman buying a car” treatment, and I really appreciated that. They offered me a fair trade-in value and took the time to go through different options with me so I could find what worked best for me.
This is my 7th car purchase, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.
I haven’t picked up my new car yet, but I’m already really happy with my decision to go with Century Mazda. A huge thank you to Eric and Alex for making the buying process so easy, comfortable, and enjoyable!

Cress was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we were looking for, helped us choose the right model, and explained everything clearly. He also gave us several reasonable options to consider. I never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision, which I really appreciated. He made the whole process straightforward, easy, and stress-free.
I also want to give a special thanks to Chris, the finance manager. He was extremely helpful with the lease and took the time to clearly explain the financial details.
What impressed me most was that their excellent customer service didn’t stop after I got the car. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something, both Cress and Chris were accessible, responsive and very quick to help and sort everything out.

I had an excellent experience dealing with Eric Fu at Century Mazda. Eric was very pleasant, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions throughout our car shopping process, and he always responded promptly to our texts and emails with complete transparency. Ultimately, we decided on a specific vehicle model that wasn't available at Century Mazda, so we didn't purchase a car from him. However, the quality of his customer service was first rate. I would not hesitate to recommend Eric to anyone shopping for a new vehicle!
